My husband and I were married here. The beach across the road is a unique experience (clothing optional & volunteer music) and the black sand is so beautiful against the blue of the water. I loved everything about this house: the fruit and flower trees, the open air design, and the front & back patios. We can't wait to come back. My advice: buy your groceries & booze in Pahoa, and then avoid civilization until you run out of wine.
