The local rumors about this company are true. They really are only interested in making money and could care less about people. I didn't believe it until it happened to me. You will be easily lured but the locals know, and now I do too, they totally lack any Aloha Spirit. There are many other property management companies operated by people who didn't come here to make a buck. They are honest and compassionate people who care about people. Do your homework.
