Best Customer Service & by far the cleanest storage facilities in pagoda that I have been to. Including the Friendliest owner w/ a million dollar smile ;)!!! I was beyond late returning the Uhaul due to a series of unfortunate events and wasn't even charged extra by the generous owner. Locally owned & operated I the way to go... We are very thankful Bob was there to help us! While touring Hawai'i by bicycle, mechanical problems that took long to fix left us unable to climb Kilauea volcano before nightfall to get a camping spot at the national park. He provided excellent service and we made to the visitor center it in a van. Note that the traditional one-way U-Haul rentals are not possible on Big Island.
