We visited this place after seeing ti had great reviews. We walked straight in, and our group of 6 was able to rent 4 bikes and a tandem in minutes. The people were very nice and made sure we had everything we needed before we were on our way. All the bikes were great. The place was busy during our return, but they helped us right out and we were on our way. Great place for family fun !
The park rangers even had high compliments of this place. I highly recommend them.
Their mission is to make sure your epic trip isn't messed up by some neglected detail. We had a fabulous day, the bikes worked fantastic.

The people were nice—helping us choose the best bikes for us and offering good advice for seeing lava. They gave us water and a snack and greeted us on our return with a cold bottle of water.
These guys deserve EVERY five star rating.
Its so refreshing to deal with a company that pulls no shenanigans on visitors. They didn't try to wave my car off Road 130 into their own parking lot for a hard sell. Nor charge late fees that cost an arm and leg. Its just nice people with well maintained bikes.
Absolutely wonderful experience ! Ask for Tyler! He is so knowledgeable and helpful ! He helped me get to the lava quickly! We took his advice and got the ebikes! That is the best way to go! Less time peddling more time spent watching Pele's epic flow! Rent from these guys! Last booth on the left!
