You guys had one job. This isn't rocket science guys. I drop off a prepaid package to be picked up by UPS later that day. You said ok, cool. You lost it, it never left the store and you never found it again. The super unorganized office and the unfriendly staff should have tipped me off, but alas, now I near he harden. Thanks a lot.

This tiny business center is definitely not your usual office supply mega-mart. They're a FedEx and UPS store, so they can technically ship things for either carrier. After helping me find and buy the right size box to ship a large item home in, I asked the cashier what option he thought would provide the cheapest shipping and he referred me to the post office! Indeed, the post office's rate was the cheapest of all 3.
