Not so much. About a month after I made my reservation, I tried to show my friend our vacation rental in Kapoho, only to find the link broken and the house we put down our deposit for was no longer on their website. I emailed Joanie to find out what was up and she told me that my rental was no longer available - they just hadn't gotten around to letting me know and reimbursing my large deposit. I respectfully asked if they would pay me a $50 cancellation fee (the contract I signed said I would be charged that amount if I cancelled the reservation for any reason) since my second choice for a rental was already booked, and I did not get any response.
